Join us for yoga, done with the help of a chair! A chair is just another helpful yoga prop in your health journey.
Chair yoga is great for everyone, we always say “It’s not easier, it’s just different”.
We see many people with knee and hip replacements, arthritis, MS. This is a great way to try yoga for everyone, but is especially great if you have some limitations that prevent movement from the floor to standing. This is a safe way to try yoga without the worry of getting up and down off the ground.
