8 Week Yin Yoga Class

In our Yin classes you will spend most of the time on the floor in deep stretch poses that you will hold for 3-7min. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of practice. Suited for all body types and levels of fitness. Committing to 8 weeks will show improvements and will save you $$.
